The hotel's location is unbeatable, with everything I needed within walking distance. The bond Street station and shopping area are nearby, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. the staff members were friendly.

Located near Oxford Street, just a stone's throw from Marble Arch tube station. The breakfast offerings were delicious and the staff were efficient and friendly. Rooms were comfortable with modern and clean bathrooms.
The lift can be crowded and slow at times.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the warm and friendly staff. From the moment I checked-in, the employees greeted me with genuine smiles and helpfulness. It made my entire experience feel special and enjoyable. the location of the hotel was key - just a short walk away from fantastic shopping options and plenty of nice pubs to grab a drink.

Great location, with many bus stations nearby and excellent shopping and dining options in the vicinity. Attentive and friendly staff who provided exceptional service, even with special treats for my daughter's birthday. Clean and luxurious bathroom with ample toiletries. Quiet and spacious room with comfortable bed, and excellent soundproof windows. Highly recommend for a delightful stay in the heart of the city.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect as it's opposite the train station and on a quiet street, yet still in the center of everything. The staff were amazing and provided quick, good service. We enjoyed the lovely restaurant and bar/lounge area. The amenities in the room such as the ironing facilities, tea/coffee facilities, and flat-screen TV added to our wonderful stay.
I highly recommend this place to all.

Great location, walking distance to major attractions. Our room was a bit small but clean and well equipped. Unfortunately, we experienced some noise issues but the staff was quick to address the situation and provide us with a solution. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
